Located at the 300 Block of S Main St in the Old Sumter Municipal Power Plant District
The Mission at Sumter Power Village, is fostering a culture of collaboration and community between art and technology enthusiasts for artists, businesses and residents' success.
The Vision at Sumter Power Village is an artistic and tech driven community thriving with innovation and creativity where entrepreneurs. artists, businesses, and residents build a brighter future.

Conveniently located mid downtown Sumter SC in the Historic Main St District, SPV is housed in the old Sumter Municipal Power Plant Facility Est 1921, it was the site of electrical power producing innovation in America in the early 1900s. The Block of Real Estate also encompasses the old W.E. Brunson Building which once housed Electrical Wholesalers and W.E.B. Electric of Sumter SC. The old electric background, coupled with the neo classical design, aesthetics, and historic charm of the site's multiple buildings gives not only a powerful feel but a push forward for Technology and Art continuing the creation of Sumter's Innovation in America.
